Play With Your Food

This may be the most beautiful vegetable to ever come into my home, I’ve never had Romanesco broccoli before. (We cooked it with lemon zest, salt, and pepper – delicious!)

I did a very quick shoot and set up and wish I had taken the time to do things properly. For still life shots that require a sharp focus and a long shutter speed, it is best that you either use a timer or remote to take the photo. Make sure you’re away from the camera not shaking the floor or table – any small movement will be detected, resulting in blurry elements or less than perfect sharpness.
