Iowa’s roads are some of the worst in America. Funding currently isn’t being allocated to the infrastructure, nor will it be unless the issue matters enough to voters. So that’s where we took the message.
Billboards adjacent to bridges that had been reported as structurally deficient were selected to bring the facts to commuters crossing the bridges every day to work. The campaign made the top story in the evening news and we’re confident that the bill will get passed in the next voting period.
